The Autumn 2025 Budget gives us a clearer window into how the Labour Government plans to steer the economy — and for many businesses and individuals, the message may feel all too familiar. Having already pushed through substantial tax increases last year, they’re now raising taxes yet again. The emphasis on raising revenue and tightening certain reliefs is pitched as a drive for “fairness”, but for those of us facing ongoing cost pressures and uncertain growth, it may come across as another heavy-handed move. Below, we’ve laid out the key announcements and our thoughts on what they could mean for you — plus some practical ideas to help you navigate what’s ahead.
