Alison Collier

Alison has worked for MFW since 1990 when she started as a junior in the accounts department where she passed her AAT before moving into the audit department.  In 1996 she joined the insolvency team and following a years training at the Sittingbourne office she became the Insolvency Manager of the Herne Bay office.  She passed her Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency examination 1998 and all three JIEB examinations in 2006.  Initially she worked predominantly on personal insolvency including Bankruptcy and Individual Voluntary Arrangements and then to assist with her studies Liquidation work was introduced to her case load, some years ago. 

 

She moved to HerneBay in 1994 where she lives with her fiancé Richard and her geriatric house rabbit "Bingo".   Alison enjoys socialising with her friends and often has people over for dinner as she has a passion for cooking.  Recently she developed an interest in Poker, and enjoys evenings playing with friends.  In her spare time Alison likes to write and it would be her dream to have one of her stories published.
